1. Admins can spawn

2. all staff can have a p-ring unless a person from said rank (example mod) abuses the power of the p-ring by (example kills people in pvp and loots their items and never gives them back) said rank will no longer have p-ring

3. pk shop prices should be lowered

5. bandos, saradomin, and zamorak god's at god wars health should be lowered
